A must have for any recruiter!
I’ve read The Art of Recruitment multiple times now and even after four years in agency recruitment, I still turn to it when I’m feeling stuck. It’s super readable, concise and packed with genuinely useful tips. I ended up buying the ebook too just so I could highlight and copy sections for my own learning. James seems like a fantastic person, clearly a brilliant recruiter and an even better mentor. Can’t recommend this enough if you work in the industry or are just getting started!

Great for all levels of recruiters
I'm currently reading Chapter 5 of "The Art of Recruitment" by James Kingston, and I'm really enjoying it. 📖This chapter is all about understanding the client, and it's full of practical advice and tips that I can use in my own work as a recruiter.I'm learning a lot from this chapter, and I'm confident that it will help me to improve my knowledge and skills. 💡If you're interested in learning more about how to recruit effectively, then I highly recommend reading this book. 📚Here are just a few of the things you'll learn from this book: 🧠 - How to think like a recruiter 🌟 - How to build a personal brand that stands out 🤝 - How to network effectively 📑 - How to negotiate like a pro 📈 - How to close deals consistently⏱ - How to manage your time and workload like a boss

Impressive
Must say this was a good read. I’m a hiring manager but don’t work in recruitment, I just wanted to read this to learn a bit more. I will say though that if you’re looking to get into recruitment or are already working in this area, this is a must have for your desk.

Great introduction into the recruitment sector and beyond
As someone who is looking to transition into recruitment from a very different career it gave me a clear understanding of what the day to day duties would look like. I can see how this book would be something that at any level would be able to help you improve and develop as a recruitment consultant. Overall the book give clear direction on how to become the best or “limitless” recruiter you can be.

From one recruiter to another absolutely loved it!
I've been in recruitment for about 3 years and wanted to do a bit of personal development. Heard of James through my network so when his book came out bought it straight away and really glad I did.Such an easy to read book and well structured so can skip to certain sections. Found in particular the detail of the process amazing! Never worked with anyone at his level so really insightful and just mountains of info I've taken away from this. The bit that interested me the most was part 3 though. For anyone with experience it's a must.In short, I've read 5 recruitment books to date and this by far is the best. I'd even consider working with him If I didn't live so far away!

As someone completely new to the recruitment industry I can feel overwhelmed at times and definitely needing a masterclass in the ways of recruitment. This book, along with advice from James Kingston, has helped do just that! It’s now an essential tool in my learning and would recommend to any recruiter, any level!
