Took two in the early afternoon. Nothing happened. Got up the next day and took two more. Results obtained. No discomfort, no weird side effects.I'm not sure there's an advantage with this one over others, so I'd let prices say my decision when it comes time to reorder.

I took one a day, as instructed on the bottle, for two days. I thought a 3 day cleanse wouldn't hurt but on the morning of the third day problems began. Severe pain and cramping. Felt like food poisoning! This persisted all week, 7 days. Now it's been over two weeks and my kidneys are still in pain. Not as before but it's obviously had some damage. And, I still haven't had a normal bowel movement. I'm 73 years old and this physical stress is dangerous to my heart and blood pressure. I can not recommend this product.

Does it's job and keeps me regular.

I took the recommended 2 tablets yesterday afternoon with a big glass of water. These things take a little longer to work on me, but nothing yet, after a good 24 hours. I’ve done other natural cleanses, and the dose can be as many as 4 pills. I’ll try again, next time taking more pills. Mildly disappointed.
