Keeps on working year after year.
This is my second purchase. I still have the first one. It has saved me so much time and pain from bending over. It can pick up just about anything from bricks to a pen that fell behind the couch. Just be sure to keep the cups clean so you can invoke the five second rule.

Much More Reliable Than Cheaper Model
The extra $$ for the HD model (w/ solid metal linkage, instead of cheap, thin, cable) was worth it. I used the cheaper (cable) model for less than a year when the cable snapped. What a joke.

Amazing Product!
Works fantastic! I have bought this style before only to have them fall apart. I'm fairly strong but have a bad back. I can pick up +1.5 inch books with this reacher.
