I've been using these bands for a couple weeks every other day if not every other day. I have to say they are impressive! I have been getting a full body workout using these bands in the comfort of my own home without having to go to a gym. I like how each band is color coded for the resistance strength, which makes it easy to identify. No matter if you are needing to use for strength training or for a workout, these bands are versatile and easy to use with good grip. Also a booklet with different types of exercises comes with the bundle and a storage bag to keep the bands. Also, there are plenty of videos on YouTube if you are looking for more types of training/workouts. The bands hold the resistance and show no signs of wearing out or losing its resistance. I highly recommend!

I use these (mainly the green and blue one) for warming up before my workouts, you can't really do actual workouts with these as they're too small, I really like the material though, like they don't feel cheap. I think they're great for small warmups like upper body warmups, but I find it near impossible to do workouts with them, like, I don't think ill ever use the red and black one

I really like these exercise bands. They are color coded and even came in their own little draw string pouch. It’s very handy to keep them all together and to contain them to a smaller area. They came in different resistances and I like the loop design of them. Their size seems suitable for the exercises I do with them. They are comfortable to use and I like the quality of the craftsmanship. They don’t seem cheap and nasty—so glad! No powder on them and are sturdy.

These resistance bands are so worth the value! The quality is excellent and much better than I anticipated. They are compact and fit nicely in the accompanying storage bag. They are lightweight, and don't slip or bunch up like others I have had in the past. And, to top it off, the seller reached out to see if the bands met my expectations and shared how to to reach out if there were any problems.

I have mixed feelings on this product the material is like a rubber band and end up bunching up instead of staying a flat band it give resistant so besides the bunching up I would rate this a 4 out 5
