Natura Bona’s menthol Crystals are used in saunas, steam rooms, exercise areas as an inhalant and deodorizer, cosmetics, salves, balms, creams, throat lozenges, toothpaste, mouthwash, gum, foot sprays and soaks, pain relief liniments, ointments, liniments and more. They’re helpful in relieving muscular aches and pains, congestion, etc. Only a tiny amount is needed! Please use caution when first using. Add in strengths ranging from 0.5 to 5% (Always Start with Less to Avoid Skin Irritation).Menthol crystals are cooling, refreshing, and have an extremely strong minty aroma. Melting point is approximately 105 to 107 degrees Fahrenheit.The crystals should be kept in a cool and dry area away from heat and direct sunlight.Cautions: Not to be used in or near the eyes. If contact, flush eyes with clean water for 15 minutes. To prevent fire or serious injury, do not use near a fire or flame. Place on floor inside a small container. Do not put over sauna rocks or any other direct heat source! Keep away from children and avoid during pregnancy.

Excellent product in excellent packaging with excellent secure shipping
Great! Nice big crystals. Great for keeping cough or any sort of "heat" oriented illness away(heat in a TCM sense). The jar it comes in with a cork is a great aesthetic bonus for some great mint crystals. I have used another type of mint/menthol crystal for years and this one here is just as potent as the one I used for years. Both of them claimed to be quite clean and from what I can tell this one is just as great as the one I was using for years. I personally knew the person who made my previous mint so the fact that this one seems the same suggests that these mint crystals are what they are claimed to be, clean.
