Bought Vivid and Vogue original in 2018 and it lasted almost 5 years - which is amazing for a curling iron. This one is a replica and not the quality. It does not hold your hair. I have long hair and I have to hold the end after twirling the hair into the iron to make it hold and actually curl. Still works ok but takes longer to curl my hair. Will go back to the Vivid and Vogue

This is the second V&V wand I’ve had, same style. I left the other one at a hotel on vacation and got this one thinking it was the same thing. Not the same product at all. This one takes forever to heat up (more than 5 minutes) and doesn’t hold the heat. What use to take seven minutes to curl my entire head of hair now has taken over 20 and the curls are falling because the heat is inconsistent. Not sure what happened to this product but it’s sad.

I ordered one over a year ago and it lasted 6 months and bought one for back up an it doesnt even get hot now and i cannot return it due to time. i have sent a message to the seller and they did not answer back.

I really love this product. It works the way that i want and expect.
