works well except for you can't get use of all 1000 labels
Just finished my first roll. Works well so far. My only complaint is that, it says the roll is empty when there is still almost 20 labels left in the roll. That's a lot of waste for the money paid. Buying again hoping the next ones aren't as wasteful.

Easy to use
I like how easy these labels are to use and that there is no ink involved. The only complaint I have is that the website goes down semi-frequently making it difficult to print labels when I need them, but it's usually only for a couple minutes. I use these labels for my bakery business and they are easily customizable. I use compostable packaging, so I love that the labels and the cartridges are compostable or recyclable. I've never had any issues with these coming damaged, and I'm sure if they did the company would replace them. Their customer service has always been very responsive and helpful.

Spits Out Extra Labels ($$$)
About half of my print jobs spit out two labels instead of one. At over ten cents per label, it gets very expensive!
