Q: does this work with ReliOn Prime meter ?

I read that control solutions have to be made for a specific meter. I found a phone number in the Relion Prime owners manual to order it, 1-800-631-0076. I haven't ordered it myself. This AgaMatrix solution isn't a level 1 or level 2 solution, so I don't think you should really trust the results.

Q: Does this come with the special test strip that I've read you need to use with this solution?

No, which is the point. This solution is set to register within a range with your meter using your current (non-expired) test strips. This lets you know the meter and the test strips you have are functioning within an acceptable range.

Q: What is the use by/expiration date if purchased today?

I have ordered twice. One had a yr before expiring but one had a short time of a couple months.
