Most comfortable framing belt I’ve ever used! Should have bought one years ago.

So, I wonderd for a long time if its worth spending the dollar on this tool belt and after reading lots of reviews I decided to go and get them. I haven't used them long enogh so can't really say anything about comfort or durability but there's a few things that in my opinion are wrong in the occidental setup.1. Measuring tape is on the wrong side.I'm right handed, and the tape holster is on the right, that means every time I pull it out ill need to move it to left hand so I could grab my pencil. Thats poorly made by occidental.2. The hammer holder is very small and the bottom of my handle is a bit wide (16 oz stilleto) and always gets stuck when pulling out. Also very annoying. I'm a framer and the tape and hammer I use every day. I think if you spend this amount of money these things need to be obviously very easy to handle. I'm sure its possible to get use to it but its definitely not work friendly.Next set I'll try diamondback seems way more comfortable.

The breaking in phase was rough because of the stiff leather, but now I am very happy with this set up for my rough carpentry job.

These bags are so awesome that my husbands first set were stolen a few months ago (they left other, more valuable items behind). With other brand bags, my husbands work pants would get holes in them within a couple months. With these bags, my husbands work pants (dickies or carhart) last for 2-3 years. The leather bags are stiff at first, but get softer with use. I know there were other reasons why he really loves these bags, but I cannot recall them right now.

Not much to say nothing better,save your change for quite a while though lol.

Bought this for my son for Christmas and wow what a nice tool belt. My son is really into DIY and loves high quality tools. This tool belt does not disappoint. He was very pleased with it and the quality of the leather was really nice. Overall construction is impressive as well and the attention to detail shows this company knows what they are doing. This is a lifetime piece of equipment. So if you are looking for a tool belt and want one that will be the last you ever buy then this would be a great choice.

Love these bags, been a framer for 25 years, always bought bags that would last a few years at best. I expect these will be my last I buy. Should have bought a long time ago. MADE IN USA, Yeah baby!Update.... January 2020. Been using these daily for a while now. They are broke in, and I love them. Comfortable and well made. Framing is rough on anything, So far so good.

Ahh the smell of leather, the framers belt is my upgrade from my ballistic version I've had for twenty years. Although not common in the uk there are hard to come by. Sizing( now pay attention) i'm a 30 inch waste (no honestly i am) the blurb you get on there sizing is a little out because they don't mention winter clothing. So don't make the mistake I made, I ordered a small to fit my 30 inch waste but should have ordered a medium to allow for my winter skins. Had to order belt seperate now that was expensive

Great pouch..lots of pockets gonna be uncomfortable for a few weeks till it gets broken in though

It’s bulky and heavy but that’s to be expected excellent quality.
