Reaeon 48 Fineliner Color Pens Set, 0.38mm Fine Line Drawing Pen, Porous Fine Point Markers for Coloring Books, Bullet Journaling and Note Taking

I bought these for an art project that my wife is working on. The set comes with forty eight different colors, and the tips are fine line design. Overall I like the variety of colors, and the thin lines. They do not run or bleed through. There were no duplicates in the set that I received as well. Great to use when sketching out the design of your picture, prior to working with watercolor or charcoal drawings They would also be useful for students of all ages. Also if you were into adult coloring books, which I hear is popular now, these would be perfect. I think I am going to send these to my grand daughter, who is 4 years old, and lives so far away in Kofu, Japan. She loves to draw, and these would make a good starting set for her. If I can just get them away from my wife. If not, they are very affordable to purchase, and I may have to buy another one. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase.

I just tested these markers out and they are wonderful. You will have to hold the next closest color marker next to each other because the tints of the barrel of the marker are very close to each other but that is the only minor negative comment. Use a scrap piece of paper to test the color to decide which hue to use when in doubt. People saying that there are duplicate colors must be the same people who cannot see those shades of difference between colors- they are close but different shades definitely not duplicated in my pack. All of the markers arrived in great shape and are vibrant fine lined lined. I'm excited to have so many options at a great price. The plastic packaging it came in didn't want to stay closed so I put a piece of decorative duct tape on the bottom (honestly it isn't a big deal to me because i am unlikely to keep them in the package). None of my markers broke or leaked and after reading others reviews I pushed on caps to check for sealing and tips to check for breakage within reason to check everything out.I was NOT paid for my opinion nor was I given anything for it.

I love coloring and many of the lines I need to fill in are pretty small so I was looking for a good set of fine tipped pens and this looked like it was going to be just that set so I was pretty excited to buy them. Sadly that excitement didn't last long after I got the box open and started using these, the tips seemed too dry I don't know if they sat in a warehouse for too long, don't have enough ink in them, were already used or what but even shaking them and trying to remoisten the tip they would color for about a quarter of an inch and then start to dry out again which is frustrating when you want a nice even color all the way around your picture. I sent these back for a refund and purchased a different set.

So disappointed! Opened my first marker (black) to outline my bullet journal and the whole tip came off with the lid and got black ink everywhere.**update** company has already contacted me to fix this problem. Super impressed with their customer service!!Updated rating to reflect

I am disappointed in this product. They were on sale, so I didn't spend much, but many of them were already dried up and the felt tips are soft and bend, so you lose the point.

These were recommended by some of my planner friends. However I find that some are very dry and scratchy and some are wet and blob on the paper. Some have a rich color and others are so pale, you can barely see them. I think I am satisfied with about a third of the pens. So I'd give them a 2.5 overall.

Terrible marker pens! I had asked for felt tips to begin with. these things are just glorified pens and it shows too when your coloring with them. Never Again! why can't I find a decent gel pen? On the plus side, This company contacted me, and told me, they were going to give me a full refund! Therefore, although the pens may be not so great, this company is absolutely FANTASTIC to their customers!

these pens are VERY fine - some of the tips have broken off. Still a very good value for the price. Most of the pens have held up. I would recommend knowing that a few of them will break - colored pens make work more fun!
