No. I'm not claiming this is some 'lose weight overnight' miracle supplement. What it does do is exactly what the description says it does. What you will actually 'notice' is that your 'cravings' will be minimal ,if they even exist at all. It does have a 'I'm not hungry' effect. I have actually been able to take on the Chuck Norris skill of just being able to eat ONE Lay's potato chip!...often wondering 'why' I even bothered to open the bag. Another positive you'll take note of is the slow disappearance of that 'hard to lose' belly fat. (which was my main reason for purchasing it as 'menopause' does strange and disturbing things to even the fittest body) I tried several 'female' directed supplements to try to address my growing anxiety over this 'pudding ' that was beginning to appear around my mid section. My regular jeans were becoming 'too snug for comfort' around my waist. Sure . I maybe had gone up maybe one size, but having maintained the same weight since age 19, it was a blow.My sister had said 'OH! You're getting your old lady body!' (true story) Had I been in her presence I would have thrown something at her. I like the 200mcg per capsule... it allows me to regulate the dosage more easily to see what works best for me. (I take 2 a day) ZERO TASTE. NONE! my sister ordered this per my recommendation. She has fallen in love with it! She has struggled with her weight for years, has really 'taken charge' of her weight loss goals and just felt like she had 'plateaued',like she'd quit making progress. Product arrived fast and in great condition. Husband has been using for over a week and has noticed a big difference. He is not as hungry between meals and has lost more weight in a week while taking these than when he didn't take the pills.

The bottle arrived fast, in great condition. Pills are smaller than others that I have taken, which is a huge plus (they are only about the length of my pinkie nail). No medicinal smell, no flavor. Does not upset my stomach (I have a sensitive one). I am looking forward to if not losing weight immediately, at least of not gaining any more weight. Being pre-diabetic with PCOS and insulin resistant, I need all the help I can get!!

I started taking this product 3 months ago after reaching a weight loss plateau that no matter how hard or what I tried, I couldn't seem to break through.
