Good vent.
Installed fairly easily. Seems to be working well. The true test will be next winter when it's freezing outside.

Does not hold up over time and cleaning with bleach.
I bought this back in 2010 and now in 2022 it has crumbled and needs replaced. This item will need to be cleaned with something to remove the mildew. I used bleach over the years and now the plastic has completely crumbled.
