My favorite rice vinegar by far. Nice, clean, sweet and savory flavor with a hint of garlic. I use it for a wide range of dishes and for pickling. Tastes great.

I am trying to see the difference vinegar makes in food and this one is not bad. It’s good to incorporate different cultures in food

May 2020: Other buyers might want to check under the cap when these arrive, in case there was a batch of faulty seals or something.The product is great, I've used it many times before, and it's become one of those products I always want to have around.Up until now I hadn't had issues with the packaging either. But, this order was for 4 bottles, and this time 3 of them showed up with the pull-tab seals under their caps LOOKING intact, but leaking. Since there's no external plastic safety seal or breakaway cap ring, this means 3 bottles went to waste (or as good as, since seasoned vinegar isn't ideal for cleaning surfaces it's now only useful in DIY insect traps). Broken safety seals are right up there with suspiciously bulging cans on the "things I don't mess around with" list.Amazon issued a refund, but what I really need right now is the rest of the vinegar, which I have no way to replace in time. I asked the Amazon representative if they could replace it in lieu of a refund, but no luck.So, yes, great product, but the packaging seems to be having issues.

Great addition to my salads and to cook with

By FAR my favorite brand of seasoned rice vinegar. I’m a bit picky with rice vinegar since I use it every time I eat salad with olive oil and pepper. They stopped carrying this brand at my grocery store so I was happy to find it here. This rice vinegar is just somewhat more fruity than other ones and not too sweet

Hard to find in stores. I love this brand with the garlic.

Hands down, this is the best vinegar on the market today. It is surprisingly smooth, and it isn’t harsh at all. It also has a slight underlying umami I don’t sense in other brands. Highly recommended.
