Good variety of flavor
Mom loves all the flavors, but did say some of the spiced teas had a very strong clove flavor. Still good and she still drank them, but in her words, “Just not my cup of tea.” She was proud of that mom joke 🤣

Great gift for tea lovers. Amazing!!
I am so in love with these teas!!The spicy earl gray and the chamomile citrus mint are my favorites and I bought more of those. But I was not disappointed in any of them! Such a great gift for tea lovers!

Good but very small quantity
It is good but the quantity is very small. I have not tasted the tea but it is definitely good for tea lovers who like to try new flavors. I bought it as a gift for my friend and she said she liked it

I bought it again
I have not always been a regular tea drinker. Given that, I am currently drinking lots of tea, and this is one that I highly recommend. I especially like the different flavors. Oh, and it’s a caffeine tea.

Some very good teas, but overall a problematic sampler
After being pleased with the Vahdam black tea sampler, I ordered this one at my wife’s request for her to take to a conference. Unfortunately, or perhaps fortunately, she forgot it so I ended up being able to try many of the teas. I did not care for this sampler as much and felt it had issues both in its tea selection and overall organization. It’s biggest problem is that you only get one of each tea, so you have only one shot to get a tea right. That usually isn’t an issue with black tea, but greens and oolongs can be a bit finicky. You have to decide whether to follow Vahdams brewing instructions or take your best guess. I don’t know about you, but I am suspicious of instructions to brew green tea with boiling water. Yeah sometimes that can work, but other times it produces awful tea. I like to get to know teas and that isn’t possible sometimes with just one bag. Case in point, I found the oolong pleasantly mellow with a subtle flavor, but there were indications that it could be much better than it was. I’d like to have tried it again, but didn’t like it enough to buy a whole box.Another issue is in the composition of the sampler. I admit I should have looked more closely at this before buying and also that this is largely a matter of personal taste, but I think there are a few terrible teas featured. Too many flavored green teas, very much not my thing, including an “Earl Green”, a fad I had thought mercifully over. The only herbal tea is a turmeric “chai”, an herb that I realize is having a moment but that IMO makes awful tea. The biggest offender though is the sweet Himalayan “detox” (?) green which comes pre-sweetened with bloody STEVIA. Perhaps I’m being overly dramatic, but I feel that should be some sort of crime. The black teas and the “chai” styles are for the most part quite good. That said, there are Vahdam samplers of both of those for sale. There are also green and oolong samplers that contain more types of teas than featured here. Best of all, those samplers contain four bags of each type. Ultimately, I recommend getting the sampler for whatever interests you, (or the even more varied loose leaf samplers!) rather than this overarching one that manages to be both too much and yet not enough.
