Best way yet to use parchment paper without it rolling up when laid flat.

We use parchment paper almost every time we use a baking sheet. Typical parchment paper comes on a roll with a poorly designed cutting edge that not only doesn’t cut well, but cuts unevenly. We’ve long resorted to using scissors to trim our paper to the appropriate size. No longer! These paper sheets pull out easily and fit perfectly into a standard size baking sheet. I can grab one quickly with one hand and have it laid out in seconds, which is so great for those times that I wasn’t as organized and need to place a sheet quickly. Paper is sturdy and performs exactly as it should.

I'm going to complain about these Reynolds Kitchens Pop-up Parchment Paper Sheets first and get it out of the way. They don't lay flat. When I place them in the pan, they stand up slightly in the middle. They aren't bad enough to take a star away, but I felt I had to mention it as it is bothersome sometimes. Most of the time it doesn't make any difference.I love these parchment sheets. They make clean-up so easy. I even use them under my roasted asparagus. Now that they can take temperatures up to 425 F, I don't have to be as careful with temperatures. I normally roast my asparagus at 400 to 425, so I am safe and the clean-up is easy!!Of course, the sheets are a must with cookies. The best part is that I can re-use the sheets for cookies, even if I wait a week or two between batches. I simply wipe them off before storing them and they are ready the next time I bake cookies. It saves money and time!!I love these pop-up parchment sheets. They are much easier than cutting off a roll, with all the mismeasurements and the ragged edges!! I find that they fit most of my pans and if they don't, I just use two and let them overlap if needed. I am so glad I ordered them and I think you will be, too. I do recommend them!!

I got this "Reynolds Kitchens Pop-Up Parchment Paper Sheets" for my baking needs and it works well so far. Here is the review.The good:- Perfect size for my baking tray. It fit so well and it is like it is just made for it.- It uses pop-up dispensing similar to those napkin dispenser and it is very easy to use.- Works well in oven. I used it for heating pizza at 400F with no problem.- Reasonably priced.Summary:I'm happy with this product so far and would recommend it. I remember the days before I discovered parchment paper. Scrubbing baking sheets with burnt on food that never sealed to come off no matter what I did. Having to wash the sheets after only a single use, none of this was fun. Enter parchment paper: no more burnt on messes and I can use my baking pans numerous time before they need to be washed.And as far as this Reynolds Pop Up Parchment paper goes, this is as easy as it can possibly get! The sheets are pre cut and pop up tissue style. No more cutting and measuring, no more parchment rolls falling out of the cardboard holder, no more slicing my finger on the metal cutting teeth. Just open drawer, grab the top parchment paper from the pop up pack, and pour it on the backing sheet. Super duper easy. Plus the parchment paper itself is the same quality you have come to know and expect from Reynolds. Definitely recommend!
