It works.
This gel actually does work. I have osteoarthritis in every joint and am in pain most of the day. I applied this to my knees before bed and it was the first night I was pain free. It goes on very easily and a little does go a long way so it's economical. Has a lovely subtle scent as well. All in all this was money well spent. It works for me - perhaps it'll work for you also.

Not able to use
I didn't know until it arrived and took the bar code label off some instructions that were covered that if you are on blood thinners it is not recommended. I am now not able to use it.
