Good concept, but terrible execution. Audio skips most of the time.
PROS:-Nice design, build quality seems decent.-Connection sound is a quick and tasteful "blip", not some obnoxious beeping like many other Bluetooth devices. Very nice touch.-Connects VERY quick. Perhaps TOO quick, as you will read below.CONS:-About 80% of the time, it connects but skips like crazy, making it unusable for GPS or basically anything. Every time I get in my car it takes several attempts of pairing and unpairing to get it to work without glitching up the sound. I've used many devices so I know it's not my phone. This is extremely annoying. I have 2 cheaper Bluetooth transmitters from Walmart and neither have ever had this problem. It is unique to this device and it's a pain in the balls. It connects extremely fast but I'd rather have it take its time to make sure it does the pairing right rather than connect with errors almost every time.-Absolutely ZERO filtering from interference. Constant buzzing, static, and other electrical interference sounds come right through to the audio.Overall this thing has a nice design but it fails miserably in everyday use. It takes patience to keep repeating connecting to get it to work right, and then when it does connect right, you're rewarded with it amplifying all unwanted electrical noise through your stereo as a bonus. The audio skipping alone is a dealbreaker.UPDATE: I got a ground loop isolator to filter out the electrical noise. That worked great to reduce buzzing. However the unit still has the same skipping issue, showing that it is not the electrical noise messing it up.

Cliff's notes version: This Bluetooth unit is great for listening to music, which is what I bought it for. However, call quality is pretty lousy. I can hear the other person fine, but they say I sound garbled. Easy to use, comes with instructions, doesn't drain battery overnight.Detailed review: Seems to be decently constructed and comes with adequate instructions, so I'll just add some details and observations. First you'll want to pair it with your phone or other device. Press and hold the center button til you hear a tone, then this adapter will show up as BC10 AUDIO on your phone. No passcode is required. When successfully connected, you'll hear another tone and all three buttons on the adapter will illuminate solid. Now if you go out of range it will try to reconnect for a short while, during this time the center button will be lit and the left button will be fast-flashing blue. If your phone or other device comes back within range during this time, it will automatically reconnect. If this adapter is unable to reconnect after a while, it will go to sleep as indicated by a solid light on the center button and a slow-flashing left button. Your phone won't reconnect to it automatically at this point, but you can reestablish a connection manually either from your phone's Bluetooth connection menu or just by pushing the center button on this Bluetooth adapter assuming your phone's Bluetooth is still on. So I can get in my vehicle... hit the center button and wait for the "connected" tone... then hit the center button again to start playing music. (I have my phone set up to open my music app whenever it connects to this specific device).I've left this little guy plugged in overnight and since I was out of range, it went to sleep and my vehicle's battery was fine the next day. Obviously if your vehicle kills power to the cigarette lighter when you shut it off, you don't even have to wonder about this part.Music sounds fine over it and is the only reason I bought it. I tried using it for phone calls and although I could hear the other person fine, they said my voice was coming in garbled so I simply disabled the "phone" profile on this device's connection options in my phone, now calls come thru my phone but music still plays via Bluetooth. Perfect. The USB port is a nice touch, however do note that it does NOT support fast charging, at least on my Samsung Galaxy S8+ device. No big deal to me.Also you might hear some whining noises from your speakers when you first plug this thing in, but they always subside after it connects to my phone. If this device got lost or broken I'd buy another one today. Hard to find a decent Bluetooth adapter that plugs into your stereo, most of them send the audio over FM which is a rather crummy method in my opinion. This device gets 5 stars from me.
