When I first began I started with one a day. I had some strong bowel movements in the beginning. But This is just the product working. I now take two daily (I do not take two at once because it will have you go to rest room.) Now that I’ve incorporated this in my daily life it has helped me to make better food choices. I eat more vegetables now than ever and I’m able to digest foods properly and dispose when the time is right. I highly recommend this product it is one that if you have digestive/gut issues or even brain fog it is here to support, not to mention I have less anxiety I’m more active and it has helped me in my weight loss journey.

This product has been helpful for regulating my blood sugar. I take 1 capsule in the morning, and 1 in the night before bed. After getting lab work on Monday, August 12th, my lab report showed a fasting glucose of 76. Usually I am higher. These berberine capsules are easy to swallow, no hypoglycemic side effects and affordable. I will definitely purchase more.

This is a good value for the money. However, I would caution against using two a day right away. It actually made my daughter's acid reflux worse, which isn't ideal. Start slow because this stuff is potent.

It’s a decent size and not difficult to swallow; but for some strange reason it started toGive me nausea in my very first try; I kept taking it for a few more days because I needed to make those changes in my glucose, but the same side effects kept happening. SoI stopped taking them :(

This is the second brand I have tried. The first one was Grid Iron and it is diluted and had a nasty after tasty when I took a bunch of pills. This brand has been working really well with just 3 pills a day. I am very happy I hope it continues to work.
