I have to say that for the price you pay for this camera system it is first class in easy installation, app set up, quality and easy use.. the picture quality is amazing day and night vision and fantastic sound both ways too.Highly recommend to buy it won't disappoint..

Purchased in July 2024. I love this camera system, I have the app on my phone and ipads (my old iPad is used as a wireless desktop monitor.) I can view whilst away from home, alter the camera angle and review recorded footage, it has two way audio too, so handy as a door cam! The attached monitor is next to the lounge TV, so we can spot movement while watching tv, I have security lights which come on when foxes are about and have some lovely footage. Very easy to set up and use.The system came with four cameras, I have since purchased another 2 to fit in my garage.I have previously had a few old DVR systems which were poor quality, so I highly recommend this system.

The media could not be loaded. First of all, it is very easy to install, very good quality both day and night with motion detection and tracking you have app mobille to see in real time , easy to connect to internet . and the assistance system will help you with any problem. Good picture quality but poor signal strengths meaning it's a pain to set up, other than that it works well once it's sorted out

You should always do your homework before any big spends which is what I thought I had thoroughly done prior to purchasing this Hiseeu camera system.Unit arrived as excpected and pretty easy and straight forward to set up... Until you hit a glitch. The info book was pretty limited for problem solving or FAQ's - Next step is always good ol Google. Every single Hiseeu page where the Google search comes up with the answer, is a "Page not found" or error 404 - Help pages DO NOT exist. Next step YouTube which was helpful with one thing but hasnt been enough on its own to trouble shoot the problem we are having with the intermittent signal loss, freezing and unpairing.No physical technical reason for the issue as the cameras have a clear signal and WiFi route, hence needing to search for other possible solutions.From the 4 cameras, we are down to just 2 working.Will be doing a full factory reset layer today and if there is still issues with this, it will have to be returned to Amazon as its not fit for the purpose of use.This has been a learning curve and something new on me, remember to check that you're buying from a functioning company who have Web pages that can offer support and answers.If we could have got these working as they should, would have been happy enough with the picture quality, it's not the best but is better than some others on the market.

Great product out the box, cameras already synced to the dvr litterally screw them to the wall plug power in switch the dvr on and add your WiFi to it and boom it automatically finds the cameras!! , download the app to controll them can't fault it , untill I noticed I have been supplied 3mp system rather than the 5mp system I ordered from amazon I just asked to swap for the correct cameras and they refused point blank said send entire system back and we can refund you , I contacted the manufacturer and they were super helpfull offered me cash back as a good will gesture or would send me the cameras I ordered , I declined the money and had the 4 cameras sent to me 3 days from China! And I got to keep the 4, 3mp ones too customer service has been fantastic highly recommend the system to anybody. Customer service was done through WhatsApp so is super easy to contact them and they were more than happy to help .Amazon .....not so much, the customer service stinks either refund or nothing they just don't care .
