Works as described

This works great, although it is a little loud. We've used it for movie night, and you definitely need some other type of speaker or something to make sure the movies loud enough for everyone to hear. I also use it for art projects to trace specific letters and patterns on large pieces of wood, so it works great for that.

So this is my fresh out the box review for starters it only works for a device connection to it. This projector do NOT come with batteries for the remote nor a screen. ( just for you to know ) Just so you know also if you want to connect it to your cell phone you will need a lightning to HDMI adapter cable which in the description is not included just in case you overlooked it like I did. I took a picture of what it looks like on my way and what you will see once you turn it on. As I have a little more time to play with the functions. This review will be updated wish me luck!

The media could not be loaded. This mini projector is a fabulous value for the price! The picture is superior, bright whites, dark blacks and great native resolution.The throw is short meaning I was able to project it onto a 120" screen inside our travel trailer from just about 5 feet by placing it on the sink.Focusing is simple and crisp if you project directly perpendicular but I would say the keystone isn't the greatest.We watched YouTube videos by plugging the projector into my Lenovo laptop using a standard HDMI cable and the 1080 resolution look fabulous at 9500 lumens.The dual speakers were loud enough to hear inside the trailer but when were set it up outside, it was easy to install a standard sound bar using the 3.5mm audio jack.The fan isn't loud, you can easily enjoy quiet scenes and soft music without hearing an annoying fan.The included tripod is useful but I would suggest getting something more suitable if you don't plan on setting the projector on a sturdy table. It does have a small foot that you can raise or lower, still I'd suggest just getting a nicer tripod for easier adjustments.Basically this is a great choice for watching videos or playing videogames in a dorm room or any other small environment. The picture is great at 1080 HD and it's a lot easier to use than previous models that are twice as large in size.You can't go wrong with this unit for the price!

Negative: The main issue is, the lens will not focus, you can see blurriness in the video to which some people may find ok but where you can really tell the blurriness is when trying to read text, there is not much room to focus so it's not possible to get it to focus 100%. The tripod is does flex enough to secure the projector, one little touch and the projector will tilt.Positive: it's a shame because all the other features on the projector were great, it was compact, easy to use menu, easy to use remote, great light, and the projector will start in seconds.if your looking for budget or mini projector, research first, they are plenty of videos on Youtube.
