The product is not RECHARGEABLE as advertised.
I bought this earlier and returned the same as the pointer was NOT RECHARGEABLE as it was advertised on Amazon . The picture shows the pointer along with A CHARGER for rechargeable batteries.which never came along with the pointer. So I returned the product and re ordered the same again. But this time too the same thing was sent. (No charger and no rechargeable batteries, only two normal batteries.) Also when i inserted the batteries to check if it was in working order the pointer threw some funny designs instead of a straight beam of light. to achieve that I had to unscrew the front portion of the torch. Not happy with satisfied with the pointer so I am going to send this one back too.Disappointed.

Key is not working, so nothing works, ordered two but got only one, feel cheated
I have ordered two of them but delivered only one with one key, a bettery and charger only. Reported immediately of recieved one only instead of two!. Latter when tried to turn on the laser, found that the key thru which you unlock the laser, even after attempting many time could not be able to insert in the slot.So had to order return. One more thing! I can wait for the refund for the one, which I had order a return but Amazon should refund me immediately which I had not recieved.Feel cheated.

Product is defective yet effective on monkeys
I find the key missing in the box, however it cab be opened without it. The beam is sharp and scares monkeys. But the power button does not work sometimes in my piece. It's loose..
