This was a present for my friend she loved them

This wasn't level it was wonkey, it was a last minute extra present for my daughters birthday so I had no choice but to give it to her. It doesn't hang even it hangs diagonally, I am dissapointed for the price. Why should we have to inspect everything thing that we buy, it should come exactly as it's advertised. Especially on Amazon :/

The description clearly states that it’s for outside however after just one year of being outside it has fallen apart as the photos show. I’m really disappointed with the quality of this item!!
