I am enjoying this product. The taste is sweet but not too strong. I like the high dosage and combination of the vitamins included in this supplement.

Jarrow’s supplement is easy to chew/melt, not overly chalky or grainy, and the lemon flavor is pleasant—not overwhelming or sour—at least to my liking.I chose this product for the chelated bioavailability, routine cost, and fellow customer feedback stating they did not struggle to consume the supplement.Texture and transportation of supplements are an important factor for my family due to texture aversions with chewable pills. All of our family members have been taking Jarrow’s now for a week and there hasn’t been a complaint!After the first week of adopting this product into my routine, I’m noticing a major uptick in my energy levels and endurance. The sleep I’m able to get is better in quality and the brain fog of my ADHD and peri menopause is remarkably “thinner,” in that I’m better able to make decisions (yes, that’s an actual struggle—a byproduct of energy-sapping anxiety) and harness my attention.As long as the price doesn’t go up and the quality doesn’t change for the worse, I’ll be a regular buyer of this product because clearly it’s helping.

I am homozygous MTHFR, So naturally I thought taking methylated B vitamins would be best. I tried two well reviewed brands on Amazon and both gave me terrible and unrelenting body odor that disappeared as soon as I stopped. So I stopped taking the supplements completely. My blood tests show I have normal B12 levels so I didn’t actually need to take it. However, my doctor recommended I take Methylfolate and methylcobalamime because he found a cyst on my liver.I’ve learned that there many fake or impure brands out there but Jarrow is well respected and tests well on consumer labs so I decided to give this a try.The taste is tangy at first but then tastes like vitamins. They don’t dissolve quickly; after 5 minutes, I gave up and chewed it. Five minutes was a long time to have my mouth taste like vitamins. The good news is I have no body odor! Additionally, It doesn’t make me feel wired or irritable (I take no antidepressants and don’t have any underlying mental health issues). I take it in the morning, on an empty stomach and I get no nausea.Overall this loses a star due to taste and slow dissolving but I do recommend this for purity and potency.

I've been using this product for years and my son who is also very athletic likes it too. Funny how a little chewable can actually make you feel better. Energy wise that is.

I am assuming that these are what the label says. They are easy to take and taste ok.

My favorite B-12 supplement. Works well.

Great flavor. Many people don't know they need methylated forms of B vitamins. I found out when I tested by a doctor. My body can't process B vitamins in their natural state, they must be methylated (partially broken down). I love this product. Down side, the prices is constantly going up. I remember when it was around 22 dollars a bottle, now It's up past $30. Up side, one bottle is 2 months worth.
