Absolutely love how this paper towel looks in our bathroom. Sturdy. Great modern look. I love that it's black. Did receive it with a little chip on a corner but you can't see it the way it's mounted on our wall. If it was showing a black sharpie would have taken care of the problem. Highly recommend. We are having a problem with finding the right paper towels to refill this dispenser with... but it's not a deal breaker for us.

The media could not be loaded.  It’s nice but all three different brands of tri fold towels do not come out!!!! I’m so angry about this.

Perfect size

This looks pretty rough for the price. Even without the scratches, the wood itself was not sanded properly as there are a lot of sharp spots. On top of that, it was such a poor paint job; it was uneven throughout. They might've achieved better result if they just dump paint all over it.

I used to have an acrylic version, but it cracked. This bamboo dispenser arrived intact, and it seems pretty durable despite it's light weight. I like the lid on top because we keep it on the bathroom wall, and the lid keeps the paper towels from getting splashed.
