Deathbar in the bridge and X-Bar in the neck make a great combo
I put a Deathbar in the bridge of my guitar and an X-Bar in the neck and they both sound fantastic compared to the stock pickups the guitar came with. I'm playing an Agile Pendulum Pro 8-string multiscale guitar that had passive pickups in it. The 4.0 Lace pickups fit in the routes but there is some space around them so they aren't a tight fit. The 4.5 Lace pickups look like they would have required enlarging the route. The one problem I had with these was that the screws were cheap and the heads broke off of two of them while I was installing them. I pre-drilled the holes but the I think the screw quality was just not good, so unfortunately I have a broken off screw in my guitar underneath the pickups. Luckily no one will ever see it but it bugs me that I know its there.
