Not easy to use
Tie down is easy. Untying is difficult and you have to use a metal object/screw driver to pull down in order to release the lever.

You can crank it but there’s no way you can unlock it to rewind the tape.

This item has me on the fence...they work fine but the durability isn't quite there. Handles are low quality and strapping is meek. But they do perform as advertised.

Excellent function, but difficult to operate
This is my first experience with ratchet straps. It took me a lot of patience to learn to operate them. However, they are excellent for reliably securing heavy loads, and the price was a good bargain.
