So the product works great but not exactly as marketed. You see sometimes the legs get tired from, umm things, and they just need a little support to help hold them up while we do our umm thing together. It really helps us both. As were both in the 60’s sometimes you just need a helping hand or foot in this case. Of course the adult children are no longer permitted in our private areas anymore. 60’s in love 30+ years and still having fun with each other

I use these for leg extensions, hip abduction and leg curls. They work well for all 3 exercises. One of my straps did rip. When I contacted support they immediately sent out a replacement.
