Tefal Primary Wok Pan 28 cm

I searched quite a lot for a good pan, and this one is so good, the material is very good, the size perfect for my induction hob, easy to clean, doesn’t stick at all, does everything that a good pan should do and worth the price

A great non-stick frying pan. A good weight with even heat distribution on my induction hob, I like the red dot in the centre that changes to show when the pan is hot and ready to cook. Cleans up really easily with just a wipe, then a wash in soapy water. I would never put it in a dish washer. In my experience, no mater what the manufacturers say, dishwashers kill non-stick properties.For information, the 28cm measurement is across the inside top edges of the pan, please see pictures, thank you.

I ordered this 'wok' to use with my induction hob. The pan that arrived was a regular frying pan with low sides. Since this was a replacement for another manufacturer's Prime Days deal that initially was going to take a week to arrive, but was delayed for at least a month after the initial delivery date passed, I decided not to return this because I needed a pan!As for function: The pan works fine on the induction hob, and cleans relatively easily. I've been using it around a week, and so far, it mostly meets my expectations (despite not being a wok). The rating reflects the packaging that it came in, which was damaged and opened. The box was huge, opened, and the pan was just thrown in with the only protection being the thin partial sleeve/label on the pan. This potentially means that the pan was exposed to some sort of damage during shipping that might not be evident yet. This combined with the wrong product being sent is a huge disappointment from this manufacturer, especially for a pan at this price point.

I have to confess up front that I love Tefal cookware - always have. This frying pan is no exception as it is a good size and nicely shaped. The heat distribution is very even and quick (on a gas hob anyway as that's what we use). It's a nice depth - so you can have some sauce in there - and it feel substantial but at the same time - not too heavy. Excellent - would buy again.
