This was a birthday gift to my son who loves to barbecue and smoke meats. He loves it. I used to watch this guy on TV and he seems to be the pitmaster, so I did not hesitate to buy these rubs.

Rub your meat
The SanteFe Coffee is my go to for beef. Ribeye, tri-tip, filet mignon, you can't go wrong. Put it on the steak and then age it overnight in the fridge-o-matic. Next day give it a kiss from my grill. Love at first bite.

Only rub that is somewhat tolerable is the Carolina. I highly recommend to try anything else.
