I love many things about this product. First, I love the versatility. I love that I can use it to grate an entire onion directly into my pan and my kids will never know it's in the dish. I also love that it is easy to hold with one hand while holding your food product in your other hand. My other grating products are bulky and require me to dirty another dish to grate onto a plate then transfer the results to the end result. This product skips that step by being compact, lightweight, and multifunctional. I highly recommend it.

I've used these for zesting citrus fruit and for grating hard cheeses. It seems well made and a good quality, and it's easy to hold and use.I will say, if you're going to get this, BE CAREFUL. It is incredibly sharp (bonus for grating cheese and zesting citrus fruit - not fantastic if you accidentally graze your fingers). I can't stress enough how sharp this is, and how easy it is to accidentally zest a knuckle or grate the pad of a finger.It's easy to clean, and easy to use.I've never had a specific zester/grater before...just box graters that also sort of do the job. I'd never really seen the point in having a separate tool for this, however now I'm sold. It's definitely worth it for easy of use and cleaning, and quality of the product.

I wasn't sure what I would get for the price. I've not purchased anything from this company before, so I didn't know how well-made it would be. It's very well-made, and a great addition if you need a zester that's sturdy! The zester I'd gotten prior to this one was very flimsy and it bent when I was trying to use it. This one will not bend at all, it can take the pressure! It also comes with a nice cover to keep it safe while it's put away. I got it for use with lemons, limes, and oranges, as I bake with those shavings in the recipes to add a nice flavor boost. This zester works great for that, and for the price, it's a very good value.

I love this zester. Much better than the one I use now. The color is great to find in the drawer, the blade is sharp, handle is comfortable, has a blade cover. It has tips on the end of the blade so you can hit the cutting board to get the goodies off without ruining the blade or board! Very functional zester and I highly recommend it.

I love to cook. This zester is fantastic for shaving cheese, fruit peels and many other things. It even comes with a guard so you can keep it safe in your drawer and make sure you don't get cut pulling it out. I am going to be using this all the time.

I wanted a good, efficient citrus zester. None of the ones I used in the past worked well or were easy to use.This current one is effective, producing lots of zest with very little effort. It also is safe to use - I don’t have to worry about getting cut as long as I am reasonably careful while holding it.

This is easy for lemon, orange and lime peel. It cleans easily and is so quick to use. It arrived as expected and even has a protective cover for storage in the drawer. I'm very pleased with this zester.

This grater is incredibly sharp. On very first use I managed to grate a nice chunk of my little finger. I put this down to a number of factors.1. The blade is quite narrow.2. The curvature of the blade seemed to encourage the narrow piece of Parmesan I was grating to go toward the edge of the blade and subsequently fall off.3. I wasnt really paying full attention and this was actually the main reason for the faux pas.My advice is, buty this grater and make sure you watch what your doing when using it.

We eat organic citrus fruit and like to add zest to baking, sauces etc. Removal of zest effortless! Just need to “brush” citrus across the grater.Also good for grating whole nutmeg when cooking greens and parmesan cheese when used as a seasoning very fine grating. Would not be without this as can grate directly into pan or bowl, very easy to clean and come with protective cover so that fingers do not get caught when storing the grater.

I wasn’t sure about ordering as previous reviews said hard to clean ,rinse straightaway under running hot water and cleans no problem.Omg best zester ever great tool for the kitchen and time saver .very happy customer highly recommend .

This zests perfectly, it is very sharp and fine so requires very little pressure reducing the amount of white flesh taken off to nigh on zero. The downside, if you do not take care, is that it takes pink flesh off with the same ease as pith so unless you want to turn your gratings pink keep your fingers well clear. Excellent for parmesan and other hard cheese too.

I only really use this grater for cheese - it is perfect. A small piece of cheese goes a long way. This grater is incredibly sharp which is good - but watch your fingers! When done simply put it in top rack of dishwasher.
