I wanted the ones from She’s waisted but they were too expensive (over five times the price of this). These are perfect! Plus they are muccchh cheaper. I will definitely be buying more. I’m about 200lbs but I’m tall about 5’8. I usually wear size 12 in US so I opted for large because I wanted the snatched look and size large was perfect.I wear waist trainers primarily to fix my posture. I can go all day without any back pain when I have my waist trainer on. The added benefit is the body shaping, which is amazing. I’ve tried every posture corrector out there and I always come back to wearing a waist trainer because they fix my posture and do much more.Also, what I love about this trainer is, I found that the ones I wore in the past only snatched my waist but not the fat on the sides (between my waist and hip. The three belts allow me to target all three points of my stomach which is INCREDIBLE. Highly recommend!

The media could not be loaded.  I wanted something that was wide enough to cover my stomach so I can work out in it and not be uncomfortable I was so excited to get this today but when I was putting it on it was not for me someone who carries all my weight in me stomach area! I uploaded a video so you can see what I’m talking about.

I ordered a 3x bcuz I am 5’9” 275lbs and every other waist trainer would roll up... This fits perfectly, a little lose after 2 wears but better than to litte & does not roll

I am IN LOVE with this waist trainer— I’m 5’10” and this is the only one that fits right on me.It sucks you in & it surprisingly is very comfortable. The trainer also has 3 straps on it which is such a convenience because it keeps everything even and smooth.Highly recommend!

I like the style, color and material, sizes are a bit off I wear a 16-18 bought a xx-large to big and went down 1 size x-large. But overall I would refer this product to my friends.

I have used neoprene belts, corsets and back braces, and was looking for something that would be a combination of all of those - this is the perfect product! After wearing it for a couple hours I could already notice my posture was improving when I took it off. (Keep in mind you do have to put the effort into engaging your core muscles, but this does help to"train" you too do it correctly.) I also sweat a ton without getting hot or even noticing until I took it off.I am a little taller than most at 5'10" and had previously tried a waist trainer that was only 9" tall that ended up rolling itself into a belt and not offering any support, so I really appreciate the extra height on this one which goes from a few inches below my navel to just below my bra/lower ribs.I also have sensitive skin and frequently get rashes from some materials, but not this product which is great!

Love it! I read previous reviews so I knew the best size to order. I’m 5’6. 232 lbs and I ordered the 2XL. I have this buttoned on the 2nd row s”but I really could take it all the way in. I didn’t feel like I had to squeeze in it when I was buckling it. It is very comfortable to wear all day and work out in.i have a nice fupa 🤣 and hopefully it will shrink it some! This one is a keeper!

This is my third waist trainer and let me tell you , this one was the cheapest in price but best in product. This one is my favorite. It’s so comfortable that I can even sleep in it. If I went by the chart size it would’ve been a Large but with past experience I know they run a little big so I got a medium instead and that’s perfect. I weigh 166lbs and I’m 5’2 and most my weight stays around the abdomen area so you can imagine.
