Absolutely loved this book! It gave me a whole new picture of how different our life can be if we change our perspective! It helped me heal some of my biggest traumas as well!

If you are someone who introspects a lot and want to understand childhood trauma and how to help yourself heal, you should read this book. Please remember, this book is not equal to going to therapy.

I helped a friend R buy it as he didn't have an ID.this review was given by him-A must read book for anyone who find themselves procastinating etc. I suggest first reading a few free articles or meme based discussion in Dr. nicole le pera's instagram page or website especially on topics of self betrayal amd decide if one needs help from this book.2. this is also useful for parents who want to know which of their behaviour in unknowingly creating childhood trauma in their children.3. book is well written. offers do-able advice.4. shipping and delivery by Amazon is satisfactory.5. book's quality is ok ok, nothing special.

I gifted this to my girlfriend who was having delusional disorder at some point of life. After reading the book she was so excited in finding the root cause of her trauma that she remarked, " the things that doctors could not answer me this simple book did".She is perfectly fine now, and the book & it's exercises are helping her a lot. She also follows the author in Instagram. I would like to thank the author Dr Nicole for such amazing book on psychology.

A very good read on self healing, good references are provided inside the book to read as well , I totally recommend

A journey of self awareness and connecting with inner Self. Few of us are engineered with learned habits and patterns which we continue to follow for so many reasons. If anyone wants to deep dive why their behaviour, thoughts, choices, beliefs are the way they are with a holistic approach in transforming should read this book. We all come across philosophies and mental resilience but How to Do the work by understanding Self is beautifully crafted in this book.

An excellent read for Life coaches and therapists who work in the area of healing trauma and emotional distress .

Omigosh I feel like this book is all the counseling I've ever needed rolled up into one neat package! Highly recommend to anyone wanting to understand themselves better. I got so many insights into why things may be the way they are in my life and I'm going to make more of an effort to do all the work we need to keep healing.
