Really love this, looks great, easy to put up and you can see the flashing (filming) light from a good distance away.

The local brats were going through a phase of hammering on our doors and windows. Most of my neighbours bought Ring-type doorbells, but I don't want one of those, so I bought this instead.So easy to fix up, nice and high so they can't reach it: easy to assemble, easy to get the batteries in, and so far it's been going strong for three months.Did it work? Well, it certainly stopped them trespassing and harassing: although they did, for the first week or so, dance around at the end of the path, waving their backsides at it, and sticking two fingers up at it. A sad reflection on the lack of discipline for children these days: they know that we can't touch them, and they don't care about being caught on camera. But - they don't hammer on the doors and windows any more, so I am happy.

I think this is great. It looks quite convincing with the little red blinking LED and for the price it creates a great deterrent. I would only use in combination with a REAL alarm system. Best to fix to your brickwork if you want it to look as convincing as possible; otherwise it's obvious that cable doesn't go anywhere ;)Be aware that you can't legally use any CCTV footage to convict an intruder if you don't clearly display signs saying that CCTV is recording on your premises. And burglars are getting wise to this legal loophole, so if you want to convince intruders that this camera is real, consider also purchasing a sign.

Up close anyone who has really handled a security camera will soon realise that it is a fake, but at the end of the day it is designed to deter or at the very least hopefully confuse a potential burglar. Placed discreetly and strategically high enough it certainly looks the part. Mix it in with some real cameras on the property and you really have a situation that will hopefully deter some, and at very little cost.I would suggest really looking where security cameras are installed on other buildings and spending a little time fixing it somewhere where it looks like a professional security company has installed it - plonking it above the front door or some such nonsense isn’t going to fool anyone.Of course, the whole thing is plastic and I don’t know how well it will hold up to pounding rain or the sun constantly beating down on it so placing it somewhere where it has some protection from the elements - as with real cameras - would also be prudent.I initially got one to see if it could be added to the mix of real cameras on my property and I definitely intend to get a couple more.

Looked cheap.Most importantly,the ball mechanism to adjust camera angle was too lightweight for the main body of the camera.Consequently the camera just flopped,the false wiring is also virtually useless.The screws and rawl plugs provided were so small I can only assume the sellers/ manufacturers intended the camera to be mounted into cardboard.Better products elsewhere...as I have since discovered..Don't waste money on this.

Only replaced as our other ones had been up years and I just thought they needed replacing. Look real.

They’ve only been up a couple of weeks , I paid for the longest lasting AA batteries I could get because I don’t really like the thought of going up a ladder every time I need to replace them, but it looks very realistic (to me anyway) and the red led light flashes second or so , adding a bit more realism. The only downside for me was the flimsy bit of fake cable coming out of it was loose and small so I had to glue it to the base to make it look like it actually goes somewhere, even then you can’t really see it. Other than that I’m happy so far , I think if someone was to walk up the path to see that pointed at them flashing that I would be a good deterrent.

La única pega que le encuentro es que en las caracteristicas decia que se iluminaba cada 5 segundos, pero no es asi. La luz parpadea permanentemente, por lo que el consumo y la duración de las pilas sera mayor. Veremos lo que duran!!

La verdad que no tengo ninguna queja!! Es genial! Da el pego totalemente!! Llevo con ella 6 meses y aun no le he cambiado la pila!! Un 10!!!

Anche nella mia via sono arrivati i ladri e così mio padre mi ha chiesto di cercare online una telecamera ,anche finta . E grazie alla promozione blackfriday sul warehouse ho trovato questa (replica di) telecamera per poco più di 5 euro .Arrivata in un paio di giorni con la scatola originale un po' danneggiata la (replica di) di telecamera era praticamente nuova e all'interno della confezione c'erano le viti e i tasselli da montare e un'adesivo da applicare indicante che nella zona c'è una telecamera in funzione .È ASSOLUTAMENTE REALISTICA se l'avessi vista senza sapere che è una replica MAI avrei detto che fosse finta , anche perché dove c'è l'obbiettivo (presente) ci sono i classici led di illuminazione d'ordinanza che avrebbe qualsiasi altra telecamera oltre ad avere il led rosso funzionante a pile e tutto è in regola come se dovesse funzionare veramente : ha il filo che (in teoria) dovrebbe essere collegato alla corrente ed è montata su un braccio pieghevole assolutamente stabile che permette di direzionarla a piacere .Il vano batteria si trova sul lato superiore ed è protetto e nascosto da una "placca" scorrevole che fa parte del corpo della (replica di) telecamera .IN PRATICA per me È UNA TELECAMERA VUOTA senza l'hardware che la fa funzionare !per me si merita 5 stelle sparate per il realismo e per i materiali ben fatti ,si acquista senza alcun dubbio un 'oggetto di qualità .Appena tirata fuori dalla scatola e inserite le due pile AA (non incluse) ,mio padre entusiasta è uscito per montarla ed è ritornato felice in casa dopo soltanto pochi minuti ,quindi 5 STELLE anche per il montaggio facile&sicuro .LA CONSIGLIO ASSOLUTAMENTE PERCHÉ È IDENTICA AD UNA ORIGINALE : PER ME È COME AVER COMPRATO L'INVOLUCRO DI UNA TELECAMERA SENZA L'HARDWARE INTERNO , È COME SE NE AVESSERO SVUOTATA UNA E VENDUTO SOLO IL CORPO e sono sicuro (SPERANDO) che nessuno saprebbe distinguerla da una funzionante .ADESSO BISOGNA SOLO ASPETTARE PER VEDERE QUANTO DURERANNO LE PILE ANCHE PERCHÉ NON C'È MODO DI POTER SPEGNERE IL LED .
