I have been taking this for two-ish months now. I haven't seen a whole lot of difference, but that could just be me. I don't seem to notice a taste or have any side effects from it. Quality seems fine, the capsules are a bright color, which makes me "think" they are a fresh, good quality item.

I started with one pill per day and found a marked decrease in cravings. Three days ago, I graduated to two tablets per day (8 hours apart) and hit a 'sweet spot' for sustained craving control.
