1)Though it is working extremely well, it’s nozzle fixing technology is not good. I apprehend that it might leak and even breakdown early.2) I opted extended warranty for one year offered by Amazon by paying additional amount and ORACURA is refusing to honour it despite bringing to notice of Amazon customer care 3 months ago and no action from Amazon till date. Therefore, customers should not buy additional warranty from Amazon

Its a very good product as has been recommended by our dentist. Has been using the earlier model also since 2 years. only problem is the battery spare and replacement available only in mumbai with the manufacturer. Service not available in any of the other cities in india which is a negative for a good product.
