I've used this product for well over a year now and find it easy to use and it gets the job done. Eye lash extensions are expensive and an indulgence that I have prioritized for myself and obviously want to ensure that I get the biggest bang for my buy buck! The scent is mild yet just enough and appealing. When I use a product over time I look for consistency in the quality including texture, scent, effectiveness and packaging. There is nothing more frustrating than getting a pump action dispenser and having the pump not work. A tip... when you think the product is almost gone shake the bottle each time before use and it'll extend its use for some time.

Such a cute little kit! It comes with everything you’ll need to care for your lashes! (Sorry, I left some things out of the picture) The soap cleans great, it stays thick & foamy & never burns me.. you only need a very small amount so this bottle will last a long time. I saw someone say the brush was too harsh but I think it’s perfect, they’re probably just not using it correctly (you only want to gently brush down & away from your eyes) but if it still bothers you then you could always swap it out for an eyeshadow brush instead. I wasn’t sure if the water bottle & sponge were even needed but both really come in handy! The fan isn’t super powerful (I guess you don’t want it to be anyway) but it still gets the job done. They also include a charger for it & a spooly. If you’re still deciding on what cleaning kit to get, this is the one!

This product is so good and easy to use. It is exactly how is described. The foaming is really good you don’t have to put so much and it does its job. The appearance it is what’s described. I love it and I even use it almost everyday after make up is removed sometimes it doesn’t clean my eyelashes so using this helps take the mascara off and keeps my eyelashes clean and with the brush that brings helps so much. I definitely recommend it

I bought this product for my first time getting lash extensions, and have no other products to compare it to. I have very sensitive eyes and skin and was really happy that the product is lightly scented and caused no irritation. If you get it in your eyes it will of course sting a bit but doesn’t leave any lasting impact when washed out. The box keeps all the components together nicely and can withstand getting a little damp while traveling which is great! I did not want to have to find another separate container for these items. I have been using it nightly or twice a day if needed (feeling very sweaty, traveling a lot, etc). This has been keeping my lashes and eyes very clean I have experienced no build up or concerns. I think I will keep this for general use such as when wearing eye makeup because I have had such a great response to it !

second purchase so far, since my last shampoo was discontinued. does what it’s supposed to, keeps my lashes clean. no complaints

I used this for the first 3 weeks i had lash extension and my eyes were terribly irriatated to the point that my eyes were swollen and puffy and all my lashe fell out within days after getting my first fill. my lash artist suggested i use micellar water (oil free) instead of lash shampoo so i made the switch and never had this problem again. I still use all the tools that came in the kit, just not the shampoo.
