gipsy is sheer, buildable, and a perfect work-friendly daytime color: you get enough color so your face looks finished, but there's nothing dramatic or loud here. NARS calls it a "sheer warm berry" -- don't be put off (or too excited) by the "warm" bit. My complexion is a cool-leaning neutral, and this is a rosy berry color on me.
