Too small for use!!!
I'm so disappointed with this product!! All the bands are way too small and they do not lay flat. They roll up and they don't have much stretch to them. They are made for very small, very thin people.

I do not recommend these bands
My first time I used the medium strength band it snapped and shot across the gym. I messaged the seller, and now have to repackage and send the items back for refund. I bought a replacement set, same brand and the third use the same thing happened. I do not recommend these bands.

Only reason these gave three stars is they are too tight. I am quite small and these are way too tight. I dont use them. But they seem made very well...get the biggest ones if u are ordering them.
