Honest review here.. out of the 10 in a box, 1 or 2 may not work smoothly. The plastic housing and button/knob really could be improved upon with metal internals and better tolerances. There isn't a lick of metal anywhere on this thing. It's a little rickety until it's installed correctly. Now to install... You'll need a 3/4 spade bit to make the hole and probably some loctite to secure the button/knob at the depth you want. Make sure when you drill your hole it's exactly where you want it... There's no taking it back. Think of the button/knob like a piston and the hole you make like a cylinder... They need to be perfectly aligned or there will be friction. Some of the pieces we received were impossible to align and accounted for most of the labor time until it was realized they'd never work. Overall knowing all of these things I'd still buy them again purely because of how cheap they are. They're cheap and once isntalled work great. I would not attempt this if the depth of your knowledge on using tools is a screwdriver and hammer.... You're better off with another design. Nearly every single one took some type of rigging. Lastly, be prepared to buy new screws... The ones included are so cheap and low grade that any amount of torque will snap the head right off.
