Oral SteriClean PORTABLE FAMILY UV Toothbrush Sanitizer

I was so disappointed when I received the StreriClean family UV sanitizer and found it not working after following the explicit directions...BUT after calling their service center a new NO CHARGEs in any way replacement unit was shipped and received 2 days after being made aware of the units malfunction. It was done with the assistance of a customer service representative - Becki (at 3B Global) who has to epitomize the art of serving the customer's problem(s). I am thrilled with their product, warranty and their outstanding customer service. Thank you Becki!!!

This item is the easiest way to make sure your family toothbrushes are sterile. I will not gross you out with the results of a science lab experiment I entered into my high school science fair winning first prize. Just understand that the cultures I grew from surfaces in several bathrooms including toothbrushes, WERE NOT what anyone would want on their toothbrush. Since that science fair project my family have all used the UV sterilizer used in barber shops which take up a lot of precious counter space. When I found this product on Amazon each home in my family has been gifted this sterilizer. And this UV sterilizer is registered with the FDA.

I've only been using this for about two weeks but no complaints so far. The product may have been previously used though and not brand new as advertised because the box and packaging were not sealed but I can't be 100% sure. The uv light looked like it had toothpaste that dripped on it, which is the other reason it looked used but I just cleaned everything before using.

Purchased a total of 3 of these. Began having problems with the light not always coming on after a few months. Now unit does not work at all. Defective product. Hope the other 2 do not have the same problem. Have contacted the company for a replacement and now waiting for a response. Like it when it worked but not worth the money I spent for the short period it worked.Update review:Second item that has failed from this company. Does not work. Have to replace the batteries after one use now. Light will not turn off. Waste of money and sorry I purchased this and others for gifts. Do not buy.

I loved this product in the beginning when it worked on batteries. After a month of use I replaced the batteries because the sanitizer stopped working and when I opened it one of the batteries oxidized ( I guess due to humidity in my bathroom). However, the device wouldn't work with new batteries, so I had to power it thru the socket, not very convenient to have a cord lying on the counter.

Nice sanitizer! Plug in or use with batteries. Love it!

Love it has both battery and power capability!

Has already stopped working. Don't waste your money.
