yes, I have successfully made tinctures ,,, it is not as strong as the alcohol ones, but for those of us who want/need to avoid alcohol this makes a nice alternative. Tastes good, as opposed to alcohol

Pure Organic Ingredients Vegetable Glycerin undergoes several purification steps and is finally obtained in a highly pure form. Pure Organic Ingredients confirms that the raw materials used for the manufacture of the products, nor the products themselves were treated in any way that would make them not a certifiable organic ingredient. Obtaining certification is a lengthy process, and as a newer company, we have not completed the process to obtain certification.
