I'm reluctant to give this 1 star, first of all the instructions are so small that you need a magnifying glass to read them. The disk that you load in to your pc, the pictures were blurred and it was hard to read. After cameras were installed and hooked up came the next nightmare. The system asked for a password, entered a password, would not take, than I found the QR bar scan, tried it for android, came back for a realty company ??. Tried to look up the company online, no name on the box, had to call amazon to get info. on the company, called,no customer service on the weekends.I can't wait until Monday to get a hold of someone to help me.Ended up taking everything down packing it up and shipped it back. Would not recommend this system to anyone unless they do something with the instructions and make it a little easier for people that are not computer wizards.If you do want to buy this product I would recommend that you hook up the cameras and getting the system working before you put the cameras up.

Gives us an amazing view and works great, it was a little bit of work to drill holes for the cables from the outside of the house to the inside but well worth it also you can only adjust them one way, would have loved to be able to adjust them more than just up and down or if turned side to side .You can not do both! Make sure you have a way to hide the cables inside your home as well! But otherwise day time vision clarity is perfect and night time is great on 3 out of 4 cameras the only reason I didn't say 4 out of 4 is because one has an IR Glare ring so it ubstructs the view some. But what a great buy!!!

Works great for me..to use the app on your phone scan the bar code from your screen topsview is the name of it. Just remember to use the autoscan and local login. Easy peezie!

The DVR no longer records after a year of use. looks like I will be shopping for another system soon and the app does not work

Wish I would have known it needs to be connected directly to the interent. I wanted to use it outside, and was very excited, but can't use it the way I hoped.

One camera did not work right out of the box, now two other cameras only work half of the time.This is my 4th system I have purchased, other 3 was not this brand, tho other systems still doing great, this one failed straight out of the box

Love this system! Easy to install and use.

This product is ok the only problem I have is when the cameras switch from night vision to color in the day they stay black and white every once in a while. I have to unplug the power to the camera and give it power again to reset. I may have to buy different cameras.
