- Secondly: After finish install app. Watch the Neobear movie, then the starting screen will come up, touch the *start/开始* on the device , then just take out any BLUE reading card and scan it through the camera, the device will ask you to scan the activate QR code that come with one card in the package.
- Finally: After scanning the QR code that come with package, you are all set, just place the reading card on the back of the device, the animal on the reading card will come up to your device reality
