Bond continuation book 2
Not as good as predecessor. More sexual escapades, far fetched storyline, and insipid ending. We get a return of SPECTRE, but it’s more of an individual action that Bond is trying to counteract. One scene seems to be almost ripped in toto by Rowling in Harry Potter! Southern US scene an okay change of pace, and at least one good unexpected twist, but left with a sour taste in mouth. Not his best. Try books 1 and 4 of Gardner’s rather than this one or Icebreaker.

Slow in action
It was good but very slow, a mix of never say never and your majesty secret service, it took to long to get to the action, almost too long, needs more action but a good book over all

SPECTRE is back! Bond navigates the danger and the women. This story presents interesting challenges to Bond almost from the first page and definitely to the last.

It's ok.
Not great and certainly not as good as the Ian Fleming originals.

In The Fleming Tradition
A good James Bond story . One of the better ones of the post Ian Fleming stories. Has the style and flavor of The original.
