These vegan vitamin D3 and calcium supplements contain 3 x daily recommended amount of vitamin D3 and half the daily recommended amount of calcium. So if you have low vitamin D these are good, especially as it is recommended for bone health but now linked to immunity as well. Dosage is three capsules a day so this is only one months supply. I think these are overpriced unless you particularly want/need a vegan, halal or kosher supplement.

Firstly I'll admit I take a variety of vitamins and supplements as they have definitely helped me with my overall health and wellbeing...Secondly I try to live a healthy lifestyle... But as you get older it's important to look after yourself when more... I like hiking and walking I'm half that this supplement will help to keep my bones strong and healthy... As well as muscle function... I trust this brand as genuine and premium quality....

This pot contains 90 capsules, but you need to take 3-a-day for the full dose. They are easy enough to swallow, but will only last a month.Normally you don't get calcium with vitamin D3, so these provide the mineral you utilise when taking D3, very important for women especially as they get older. Everyone can benefit from this and D3 is surprisingly lacking in many people that don't even know about it.Taking D3 without calcium is only half the battle, so these are a good balance. Maybe a little steep at £12 (at time of review) but important nonetheless.

90 capsules when used at the prescribed 3 a day dose will last about a month so the price of £11.99 isnt terrible considering they are vegan.As my diets is a little limited and we arent getting much sunlight its most important i keep my Vit D levels up , theer is also scientific proof that Vit D also keep the immune system strong and staves off Covid 19 or if you get a milder dose

These tablets are good as a supplement for vitamin D and calcium. At some recent tests I was identified as vitamin D deficient, although the nurse said most of the UK is in the winter months with there being less sunshine. You receive a good amount of tablets. I would just say from a personal preference they are quite large to swallow but manageable

The media could not be loaded.  Totally worth it as its not my first time ordering this product from the same company!Well satisfied and at the price and the size its very good.I have no problems with it.

My fault for not reading the blurb thoroughly but 90 capsules will only last a month, as you need to take 3 a day. Yet that only gives you half your RDA of calcium but a massive 300% of vitamin D. Hmmm, somebody needs to do their maths and double the calcium whilst reducing the vitamin D! So I admit I’m a little disappointed, as I’d hoped to get an even distribution. I wouldn’t buy these again as I’d prefer a full dosage of calcium, which would be more beneficial to me, although I appreciate that’s just my personal preference.The company producing these is very focussed on accreditation and ensuring the capsules meet the requirements for halal and kosher supplements as well as vegan, so these will be ideal, if costly, for anyone with those needs.

I really appreciate the fact that this is a clearly marked vegan supplement with a vegetarian capsule shell. The capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow. You are getting 90 here and if you stick to the recommended serving size of 3 then they will last you around a month. Pretty good value for money at just over a tenner considering you are getting vegan D3 when it up is usually just vegetarian and not vegan. You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up. Certainly one to consider for your immune health, especially if you are vegan.
