Inside Venice: A Private View of the City's Most Beautiful Interiors Hardcover – February 23, 2016

This is a beautiful book. You wouldn't expect anything less from Rizzoli. Some of the works are familiar, while many of the interiors depicted are not illustrated elsewhere. There is also a nice balance in the photos between traditional and more modern interiors. If you love Venice, you will enjoy perusing the pages of this beautifully illustrated volume.

I am in love with this book! The photos and information that is not generally available, makes this a most fascinating book for anyone who loves Venice and her history. Several places in this book are currently available for sale. This is a dreamer's book!

Nice book concerning interior designs in some of the homes in the beautiful city of Venice.

Wonderful book! All the photos are in color. Most of the photos are interior views of beautiful rooms and galleries with some photos of gardens. In many cases, the marble wall decorations and frescoes are simply breathtaking. My favorites were the views taken from balconies and loggias overlooking the Grand Canal.

I was very disappointed in the book. Feltthere should have been much more of the wonder of Venice in the book. Each place was just not eough of it shown.

Excellent! Terrific photographs, copy well-done. Inspiration for the armchair traveler (almost all these interiors are private homes, so you'll never be able to see them in person.)

A wonderful book.While waiting for the sumptuous legacy from the terribly rich, recluse great-aunt which will allow us to purchase rooms with a view over water in the romantic, refined and intense city that is Venice, we may peruse these pages on Venetian interiors that turn out to be both fascinating and unexpected. Not to be hurried over, as there is as much pleasure in the general effect of the photographs, as in the details captured in them. Much recommended.
