N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC) 600mg 180 Capsules UK Made Pharmaceutical Grade Supplement

I bought these when the brand I'd been buying regularly became unavailable. This is a good product with many health benefits. I have copd and take nac in the morning and at bedtime to thin phlegm which is extremely helpful. I would recommend this brand and will be buying again when I need more. I keep mine in the fridge which helps manage the smell.

I use this for a variety of reasons, and it works in every case. Can definitely recommend for calming the mind, or for protecting your brain from a hangover. Cannot recommend enough, the price, packaging, and quality are top notch.

I've had this on subscription for a while and am on my 4th or 5th repeat I think.It's hard to say whether they've been beneficial, but I take them with glycine before bed and my sleep quality feels like it's improved slightly, so that's worth it for me.That said, the real reason that I'm writing this review is the awful smell of my just received batch - my previous ones had a smell which was kind of like gooseberries and not strong at all, but this last batch smells very strongly and like another reviewer said, of rotten eggs.I'm not sure if that means it's a bad batch or not...I need to do more research to say one way or the other, but I'd be lying if I said it wasn't super off-putting.

I get most of my supplements from these guys, they’re both a good price but also quality supplements that actually do what they are meant to. I’ve been taking NAC just over a month along with some other amino acids recommended by Davinia Taylor and I haven’t felt this good in years, energy and concentration improvements finally loosing weight and overall just feeling good in myself. Evidently I had some deficiencies that these have helped sort out, who knew amino acids were the answer all along! I’ve also just realised that I haven’t been biting my nails for weeks which is another win. Highly highly recommend!

I use this NAC with my Glycine powder (GlyNac) as a precursor to Glutathione.

I suppose the best (and worst) place to research NAC is on YouTube. I honestly cant remember why I started taking it specifically but I have been on it now for about 2 years and it makes a noticeable difference to my airways/breathing. I am always conscious of how clear and unrestricted my airways are. Haven't had as much as a sniffle or cold or any type of infection all the time Ive been on it but I cant tell you for sure it's that NAC thats responsible for that. Have recently gone from 1 per day up to 2 and would say there has even been a perceived improvement in the positive effects. I wouldn't be without it now and this is the only brand I've tried and dont feel any compulsion to change.

This company is great as they are good value and there products are not filled with fillers. I like their multi bits too.

I heard such great things about the benefit of NAC. Unfortunately one of the side effects can be heartburn and I got it with a vengeance. Worst heartburn I'd ever had. Not been brave enough to try again.
