It does not come with adhesive, but you can use 2 sided-tape, which may or may not work, based on the strength of the adhesive. The width is just right. I used it for holding an umbrella in the wrapped position. 2-sided tape did not work, so I stapled the velcro pieces to the umbrella. Other options might be to stitch it on.Recommended!
