These are giant horse pill sized tablets. They are difficult to get down. They can’t do much good if I can barely take them.

I have been using a product from a shopping channel. It is in powder form and all I have to do is mix it into my coffee. The reason I bought these is for when I travel. What a pain just taking these are. You take two in the morning with food, but a few hours before or after taking other meds. What? I have a prescription that I have to take with food. Inconvenience is not something I want with my supplements. Then, the box says to use for a total of five months to start seeing the benefits. I started seeing them after one week with the powder. When I tried to return them, I was told no. Don’t believe those reviews that have only taken them for a few weeks that claim they notice a difference. These do take five months to see results. I asked my dermatologist. He told me not to waste my money on them.

I loved that my skin has more elasticity and I didn't have a single stretch mark during my pregnancy and after birth as well.20 days after my labour and my skin was looking way better too. I gained 30lbs and lost 22 pounds in 11 days after birth, which increases chances of stretch marks.I took for 28 days non-stop, paused for 2 weeks and did it again in a cycle until now after pregnancy. I intend to keep using it.I think it worked well because I always used sunscreen since I was 18 daily, even if it's cold, so it works if you take care of your skin. I'm 37 now. The only con is that the pill is too big, hard to swallow.

I have used this plus hair skin and nails product from this company and any joint pain I had is gone and I am having new hair growth that is now about an inch or more long around my hairline.. There may be more growth on other parts of my head but for now its easier to notice my hairline. I have been using for at least 2 months and it is working for me. Also my eyebrows and eyelashes have become thicker. It may not work for others but I have given it time and it does work for me. It takes time for anything to work so dont give up after a month. I would give it a year and as this stuff is affordable for most people you wont be breaking the bank.

I originally bought this for nails and skin, and it did the job! However, it did not help with my hair and I wished it had included that! Still a great tablet overall.
