Now in my mid-30s my everything isn’t what it used to be and, for the most part, that’s okay. He has absolutely no opinion on the matter (thanks doc) so I then talked to a dietitian. She was all for them and quickly launched into a 30-minute talk on the gut micro biome and it’s affect on our health.Who knew? So, I purchased these and started taking them. Within a week dare I say I felt lighter from the inside out?After a month, I no longer ride the roller coaster of digestion and kept a more regular routine, if you know what I mean.I’m now a probiotic convert and spread the gospel of gut health to anyone who’ll listen.Did I notice a change in my metabolism? I can’t say. But I can report I’ve lost the few extra pounds that invited themselves to the party, and I didn’t have to diet to get them to leave.So, all in all, I credit these little one-a-day capsules with making over my micro biome which made a lot of positive changes in my regular routine. I’ll continue to take them as long as they’re available so I never have to ride the roller coaster of digestive uncertainty again.

Review after 5 days of taking it daily: A prescribed rx I'm taking for weight loss has caused me to be a little slow in the digestion department. I have felt backed up for weeks. My doctor suggested I try a probiotic to accompany my weight loss rx. She suggested Culturelle. I seen they had this one that specializes in weight management so I figured why not?! After taking it for 3 days I was finally able to "relive" myself! What a relief! Continuing to have normal movements. I've had no side effects from the probiotic. I also feel like this helped me through a plateau I was having with losing weight. Cant say for sure that it was the probiotic, but I feel less bloated now and that is amazing! I would highly recommend giving it a try. Obviously this isn't a magic weight loss pill, but is something great to accompany you on your weight loss journey!

I’ve taken similar types of probiotic tablets. Usually Instructions especially indicating taking the tablet with lots of water. I looked for any sort of instructions and saw nothing. I took before going to bed at 8 PM and there wasn’t much happening the next day. I will continue to take these as I have the whole bottle to go through but I’m not hoping for a much

The first couple days these did make me sort of cramped and bloat, but that went away. Can’t say it’s had any affect on my weight or metabolism though. It does seem to help with GI stuff in general though.

I have been dieting for months and wasn't losing much weight at all. I started taking this along with dieting and I've lost 10 pounds in 5 weeks! You should also watch "Hack Your Health" On Netflix. They explain everything about the importance of having a diverse & healthy gut microbiome. This probiotic is working along with eating 20-30 different fruit, vegetable & nuts throughout the week. Oh, and drink plenty of water. Good luck!

As advertised. No problems.

It took a few weeks to feel the results, but it does help with improving energy without side effects, and weight management with diet and exercise. The pill is small and easy to swallow. I will continue to use it.
